Trekking Quilcayhuanca Cojup is especially for those traveling with little time but still want to experience the splendor of the Cordillera Blanca mountain scenery. The tour offers mountain scenery offering spectacular views of snow capped mountains, the vertical walls of rock, crystal clear lakes and the challenging pass Huapi at 5000 m altitude, all in only three days. This is a walk, suitable only for people of ability who are alreadwell acclimated. This is an ideal route to merge with walks and excursions to other parts of Peru or extra acclimatization climb

Itinerary:

Day 01: Huaraz / Transfer to Quilcayhuanca (3850m) / Tulpacocha Camp (4600m) Camp
Our walk starts from the cover of Quilcayhuanca (3850m), where we expect our donkey drivers and donkeys to transport our camping equipment and food, during our walk we will have views of mountains like san juan (5843m), andavite (5518m), tulparaju (5787m), Pucaranra (6156m) and other more, walking four hours duration.

Day 02: Tulpacocha / Trekking Huapi Pass (5000m) / Cojup Camp (4000m) Camp
After breakfast we will begin to climb huapi pass (5000m) about 4 hours before going over the pass we enjoy beautiful lagoon as Cuchillacocha (4625m), in the pass huapi us we will not be a moment to appreciate dramatic mountain huapi, Pucaranra, tulparaju, cayash, Maparaju and huatsan etc, and descent to camp cojup (4000m) walking 6 a7 hours.

Day 03: Cojup / Trekking through Quebrada Cojup / Transfer to Huaraz
After our last breakfast we will descend to Cojup input about 3 hours, where our private transport will be waiting for us to transfer to Huaraz, arriving to huaraz 1 hour and transfer to your hotel
