The Lake 69, located at 4600m.lies just at the flank of The Pisco and Chacraraju Mountains. This is one of the most beautiful aqua colored glacial lakes in the Northern of the Cordillera Blanca. Considered by most hikers as one of the most impressive scenic day hikes in the Cordillera Blanca. This hike rated as medium to hard , because of the altitude and challenging hiking effort at the last section just before to reach the lake, combines and scenic mountain view of the main peaks in the Cordillera Blanca, beautiful colored lakes, reach vegetation and magnificent waterfalls dropping down along in the valley of Llanganuco.
